Fast, tracked and securely packaged

In-stock items confirmed before the daily handling cutoff are dispatched the same business day; orders placed after the cutoff, at weekends or on holidays leave on the next business day. Every parcel is handed to a tracked carrier and a tracking reference is sent to the contact address on file as soon as the label is scanned.

Domestic delivery normally takes two to four business days. International delivery typically takes six to twelve business days, depending on the destination, customs processing and local postal service. These windows are estimates, not guarantees, and may extend during peak periods or severe weather.

All orders are packed in plain, unmarked outer cartons with no supplier or product branding. Temperature-sensitive lyophilized material is placed in insulated liners with conditioned packs appropriate to the season and route, and dispatch is timed to avoid parcels resting over a weekend where practical. High-value and some international shipments may require a signature on delivery to preserve the chain of custody.

Domestic orders that exceed the threshold shown on the product pages qualify for complimentary expedited shipping. All other rates are calculated by destination and weight and are stated on the written quote before any payment is made.

Payment options

Orders begin as an inquiry: you add items to the inquiry cart and submit the summary, after which the support desk returns a written quote listing pricing, shipping and the expected dispatch window. Nothing is charged until you confirm that quote. Settlements are processed through the payment methods stated on your invoice, which may include major card payments and secure transfer options depending on destination and order value. Payment is collected in United States dollars unless the quote states otherwise. Any customs duties, import taxes or local fees levied at the destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All sales final, with a seven-day issue window

Because research materials are temperature-sensitive, lot-controlled and cannot be restocked once they leave controlled handling, all sales are final and we do not accept discretionary returns. This does not reduce your rights where an order is damaged, incorrect or incomplete.

You must report any damage, shortage or incorrect item within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date shown by the carrier. The seven-day window exists because carrier claims and lot investigations are time-sensitive; reports made inside the window can be resolved while the packaging, tracking and lot evidence are complete.

Eligible claims are resolved by reshipment or, where reshipment is not practicable, by a credit or refund to the original payment method. Products damaged through storage or handling after delivery, or that have been reconstituted, are not eligible.

Cancellations, addresses and carrier issues

An order may be cancelled or modified only before it is processed or dispatched. Email LeviDicki44417@outlook.com with your reference number as early as possible. Once a parcel has entered the carrier network its address cannot be changed by us, although some routes permit an intercept or redirect that the recipient arranges directly with the carrier and at the carrier's charge.

If tracking has not updated for more than two business days, contact us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier. Where tracking reports “delivered” but no parcel is present, check with building reception, mailrooms and neighbours and allow one business day for early scans, then notify us within the issue window so a carrier trace can begin. Parcels returned to sender are assessed on receipt; where the material remains intact we can quote for reshipment or apply a credit under these terms.
